Pricing Questions Answered
Is there a free trial?
Yes - we offer a 14-day free trial. You get full access to all features so you can properly evaluate the platform.
Why do you need a card to start a trial?
We require a card when you sign up for a trial to ensure we can continue providing your service once the trial has expired. However, you can cancel at any time during your 14-day trial - this will still allow you to carry on using the platform for the remainder of the trial but will stop your card being charged.
What is the minimum number of users?
The minimum is 3 users per account. At £25 per user per month (monthly), that means a minimum spend of £75 per month + VAT. On the annual plan at £20.83/user/month, the minimum is £750 + VAT paid upfront per year.
What is the minimum contract length?
All plans are on a 12-month contract. You can choose to pay monthly or upfront annually - paying annually saves you 2 months (over 16% off).
How much do I save by paying annually?
Paying annually upfront works out at £250 per user per year - equivalent to £20.83/user/month. That is 2 months free compared to paying monthly, saving you over 16% per user.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You own your data. If you cancel, we give you a full data export before your account closes. We never hold your data hostage.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. Your first year of training and onboarding is included free of charge.
What support do I get?
All accounts include email support, a help desk, and free first-year training. Priority phone support is also available.
Does PlusCRM work for Fire and CCTV companies too?
